Amy, Ida Arnett, Florence Rick, and Kathryn Barnett were daughters of Jacob and Bernhardtina Drumm. The sons were Henry Alexander, George L., William H., John B., Charles, Edward, and Harold. Henry, George, John, Katie, Florence and Ida were living in 1921, when their mother died. Henry A. graduated in the first class of the University of Colorado in 1882 and later served in the state legislature and on the Boulder City Council. Fred Hellems, who compiled the two-page list of admission and graduation requirements of U.S. universities, was a Canadian who came to the University of Colorado as a Latin professor in 1898. He served as Dean of Arts and Sciences from 1899 until his death in 1929, and also was acting President in 1927-1928.
